Modules include content videos, interactive content slides, quizzes and a final assessment. Certifications are awarded when all modules relevant to the certification are completed.
Yes, you are able to access all the content after the module has been completed. You are also free to download the additional materials and files that are presented throughout the modules and reference them at a later time. Finally, you can access the glossary which will contain all relevant terms presented in the modules.
Your progress in each module will be saved if you are unable to complete it in one sitting. The only exception is the final assessment which will need to be completed in one sitting.
Make sure that you have viewed all of the relevant content for that module. You can ensure that this is done by clicking on all active parts of the page or clicking on the advance next arrow button.
You cannot change your username but you can change your full name and reset your password by clicking here.

In order for your certification (and modules) to appear in your account, you must first be enrolled in a certification. If you are not enrolled in a certification, you can send us a message and ask to be enrolled. Please note that some certifications are only available to our internal team.
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it’s possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please contact-us
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses. Note: Please give priority to institutional emails.
If you ever receive an error message when trying to contact support, please try using a different email address or disconnect from your account and visit the Help Center while you are logged out.
If you’ve completed a module but it’s still marked as incomplete, or if your certificate doesn’t appear, start by logging out of the platform completely. Then, clear your browser’s cookies and cache to remove any outdated session data. Once that’s done, log back in to your account and refresh the page to check if the module is now marked as complete and your certificate is visible.
If the problem persists, please contact us with the date and time you completed the module so we can verify it manually.
